I am sending this memo out to inform you the Perth Amboy School Board meetings are now available online on our web site.

Since the board has been in office we have made tremendous improvements in transparency in an effort to keep the public apprised of all school board issues. The board’s top priority has been to allow as much access to the public on all school board issues as possible. Below is a short list of website additions we have made to this date.

• The Bill list is available on the web site for your review.
• The bid posting is available on the web site for your review.
• The role of a board member is on the web site so the public is aware of our duties and responsibilities.
• Online streaming of all board meetings and events is available on the web site should you be unable to attend a meeting or watch it on channel 34 you can view the meeting on line.

There will be future links added to the website in order to increase transparency within the district. Please feel free to visit our web site at anytime. I encourage you to respond to this email or visit us at a board meeting with any comments regarding the website.

Participation and attendance at board meeting is encouraged.
