PERTH AMBOY – Circa Early 1900’s.  Many residents thought of the Bluff as the residential streets of choice where expensive Victorian homes lined both sides of the street.  As seen in this photo many residents of the Bluff had private beaches.  Many influential families had homes along the Bluff.  Little has changed except now there are 2 apartment complexes.
