Waterfront Property

Because not one syllable was mentioned about creative, mixed-use waterfront development in the recent State of the City Address (meaning mid to high-end communities of residential homes, retail, office, commercial, public space, green space, recreational, entertainment and transportation), is the public to assume the City is not pursuing waterfront revitalization anymore?
