Gluten Free Seminar April 5

PERTH AMBOY – RBMC’s Division of Integrative Medicine is offering a free Gluten-Free Everyday:Living Life without Gluten seminar Thursday, April 5, 7 to 8 p.m., at the Raritan Bay Area YMCA, 357 New Brunswick Ave., Perth Amboy.  Join Heather   Cunningham, RD, CNSC, and Kaitlyn McGowan, RD, RBMC Food and Nutrition   Services as they discuss the connection between omitting gluten, weigh and wellness.

Your questions about what gluten really is, eating and cooking gluten free will be answered.
