PERTH AMBOY — Mayor Wilda Diaz invites the residents of Perth Amboy to honor and remember military personnel who gave their lives while serving our country during this year’s Memorial Day parade and ceremony to be held on Monday, May 28.
“We would like to welcome and look forward to the participation of local churches and other Perth Amboy organizations to join our efforts in recognizing the men and women who have served the United States,” said Mayor Wilda Diaz.

PARADE: Monday, May 28th at 10 a.m. Begins at the Public Safety Complex Parking Lot (365 New Brunswick Ave.) and will proceed to Sadowski Parkway. CEREMONY: Monday, May 28th at 11 a.m. at the Veterans’ War Memorial on Sadowski Parkway
As a reminder, the City of Perth Amboy offices will be closed Monday, May 28th and there will be no garbage collection on Memorial Day. Trash will be collected on your next regularly schedule pick-up day.
