19TH LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT – Assemblyman Craig J. Coughlin is pleased to announce that the UCEDC, a statewide not-for-profit economic development organization has scheduled its Entrepreneurship 101. Are You Really Ready to Start Your Business in the 19th District’s own Woodbridge Township?
This intensive 6 week training course guides entrepreneurs through the early stages of starting and running a business in New Jersey. Participating entrepreneurs will be assisted by UCEDC trainers in determining the following
• The feasibility of a particular business idea;
• The steps to opening a business in New Jersey
• The correct structure and legal structure for each business
• Drafting and developing a business plan;
• Understanding credit and ability to access capital;
• Developing cost, revenue and cash flow projections.
Upon successful completion of the course, each entrepreneur will receive one-on-one mentoring for 12 months.
The course beginning Monday, June 11 and ending Monday, July 16, will be conducted at the Woodbridge Community Center located at 600 Main St. in Woodbridge. Cost is $225.
