PERTH AMBOY — The Jewish Renaissance Foundation (“JRF”), in collaboration with the City of Perth Amboy, will serve as a central collection point for monetary donations for the victims of the Cortlandt Street Fire starting Monday, June 4. An intense fire on Cortlandt Street in Perth Amboy left 47 people (12 families and 10 children) homeless in the early morning of June 3rd. Organizations, throughout the City, are coming together to aid the fire victims. The City of Perth Amboy, and the Jewish Renaissance Foundation have collaborated to create the Cortlandt Street Fire Fund to collect and distribute monetary donations to the effected families.
