PERTH AMBOY – Art Receoption for local portrait artist, Carlos Rosario, USA Graphics, Thursday July 19th at 6:30 pm. Come and see the stunning work of this young, local artist. Followed by a free performance of the local Latin jazz quartet Tequila Bamboo.
