PERTH AMBOY – On Thurs., Aug. 16th there will be an Art Reception for oil painting artist Tom Ward at the Raritan Bay Coffee Company.  Come and see his lovely exhibit “Romance in the City”.  Ask Tom questions and learn about his long history of producing art.  Free event and free parking.  To be followed by our third Thursday open mic – all welcome.  6:30 pm.
