Recently Joe Kyrillos launched, “Women for Kyrillos” as part to his campaign for United States Senate in Edison at a business Nextage/M3 Realty on Oak Tree Road. Nextage/M3 is owned by a woman — Meiling Kravarik.
I was there and was impressed by what he had to say about women’s healthcare and also how he has fought to help women who are victims of domestic abuse.
But unlike other candidates, he knows that we care about more than just healthcare.
He spoke at length about his jobs plan to help women in this economy. I was stunned to learn that here are actually more unemployed women today than there were three years ago.
Joe’s plan would actually encourage more women entrepreneurs like Meiling Kravarik and make sure women get the job training and skills they need to compete in the growing sectors of our economy.
It’s about time a candidate for public office talked about women like this.
