PERTH AMBOY — Council President Kenneth Balut who had been a strong supporter of getting funds to help restore the Prop House continued his battle to get money freed up to do this.

He stated at the December 10th Caucus Meeting, “We need to get this out of committee to restore the Prop House. This is the most historic building in New Jersey.”

Business Administrator Greg Fehrenbach suggested a conference call between Assemblymen Wisniewski and Coughlin.
