How will President Obama change the gun laws in America? What will become of the Second Amendment? Will the law abiding citizen buy or own a handgun or a rifle? What about the sale of semi-automatic rifles and ammo magazines? Has the murder rate gone wild in America? Yes? So what’s the answer? And Who has the answer?

Now, gun violence in America has been occurring since the Chicago Gangland Days. Back then, the use of weapons like the Thompson 45 Cal. Machine Gun and the B.A.R. Browning Automatic Rifle for mass murders, (even bombs were used) were common. Did it change anything? No! The Second Amendment was still there, but the Federal Gun Laws were changed.

Now, where do gun owners non-gun owners stand on this issue: the right to own or not to own. Now, for this so-called Mental Illness background check: It goes like this: “You don’t know if someone is mentally ill until they snap.”
