PERTH AMBOY — An estimated crowd of 1100 postal union workers, supporters and Union Officials rallied on Jefferson Street in front of the Post Office. This rally was the only one held in the State of New Jersey. It was to uphold 6 day mail delivery.

Tables were set up where people could sign a petition to keep six day mail delivery. T-Shirts that said “Delivering For America” were given out to those who signed the petition.
