YMCA Swim Team Tryouts, Aug 27-28

PERTH AMBOY – The YMCA will hold Swim Team tryouts on August 27 and 28 at 6:30 p.m.

YOU MUST REGISTER! Please sign in between 6-6:30 p.m.

 

Prerequisites:

9 and under:
50 yards of freestyle with rhythmic, rotary breathing
50 yards of backstroke
2 5 yards of breaststroke or butterfly
 
10 through 12:
100 yards of freestyle with rhythmic, rotary breathing
50 yards of backstroke
50 yards of breaststroke or butterfly
 
13 and over:
150 yards of freestyle with rhythmic, rotary breathing
100 yards of backstroke
50 yards of breaststroke
25 yards of butterfly
