Advisory: South Amboy P.D. Crime Prevention Bulletin

SOUTH AMBOY – Due to recent burglaries of motor vehicles, the South Amboy P.D. would like to issue the following crime prevention bulletin:

  • Please lock your vehicle doors and refrain from keeping items of value in your vehicles overnight.
  • Please consider leaving an exterior light illuminated throughout the evening hours.
  • Please report any suspicious activity immediately via 911, or the department’s main number at
    (732) 721-0111.
