PERTH AMBOY – On 10/12/14 The Domestic Violence Response Team started a week of activities to bring awareness to Domestic Violence. Some of the team gathered on Sunday at City Hall Circle to have a flag raising ceremony. Pastor Bernadette Falcon-Lopez led those present in prayer. Police Chief Benjamin Ruiz assisted Dot Daniel in helping to place the DVRT flag on the rope to raise it under the American Flag. There will be more activities taking place later in the week which includes a candlelight vigil and a workshop.
