Dr. Martin Luther King , Jr.

PERTH AMBOY – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life and legacy will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Monday, January 19, 2015 at The Cathedral, 277 Madison Avenue, Perth Amboy.

“King Day service at The Cathedral is an annual community event where many come to hear of King’s philosophy that lives on” stated Bishop Donald Hilliard, Jr., Lead Pastor at Cathedral International.

James Brown, CBS Sportscaster will be among guests at the service. Leaders from various houses of worship will attend and share in reflections on Dr. King.  In addition, the Perth Amboy High School Concert Band, Cathedral International’s Joy Bells Children’s Choir and Cathedral Warriors will participate on the program.
