PERTH AMBOY – On Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 4 p.m. Mayor Wilda Diaz proceeded in the swearing in and promotion of the following: two Captains, three Lieutenants, and four Sergeants. The ceremony took place at the Public Safety Municipal Complex Auditorium.

The nine promoted Officers include: Roman McKeon, Police Captain; Philip A. Terranova, Jr., Police Captain; Carl D. Graham, Jr., Police Lieutenant; Eddie Pardo, Police Lieutenant; Miguel A. Pellot, Police Lieutenant; Nicholas Millroy, Police Sergeant; Christopher D. Jov, Police Sergeant; Pascal Medina, Jr., Police Sergeant; and Mabner Terron, Police Sergeant.
