SOUTH AMBOY – Council President Mickey Gross was very thankful for JCP&L’s donation of a check for the South Amboy St. Patrick’s Day Parade. He went on to say that JCP&L has always been there for South Amboy and he recalled, especially during Superstorm Sandy.
In the 2/26/14 issue of the Amboy Guardian written by Mariyah Wojcik Mickey Gross was quoted stating that JCP&L “Generously delivered truckloads of ice and water to our residents during Sandy.”
Mickey Gross has been the Chair of the South Amboy St. Patrick’s Day Parade for many years. This year’s parade was originally scheduled for March 7th but because of the snowstorm earlier in the week, the event has been rescheduled for Sunday, March 22nd, step off at 1:30 p.m.
