Local Artist Completes Work

PERTH AMBOY - Local Artist Tom Ward completes work on the Family Crest of Chief Justice Frederick Smyth. Justice Smyth and his wife were the first tenants in the newly constructed Royal Governor’s Mansion, Perth Amboy in 1760 thru 1761.
