PERTH AMBOY – The Hy Tavern gang presented a check to the Perth Amboy Police Project Lifesaver to be given in honor of the memory of Moises Torres, a city resident who suffered from Alzheimers. The hope is that by donating this money to be used toward the purchase of tracking bracelets so that no other family endures such a tragic loss. (Above) Harry Scheman does the honors.
