PERTH AMBOY – Community crime prevention reminder the Perth Amboy police department needs your help!!  Be aware of criminal activity in your neighborhood. Please, if you see something say something!! Sadly burglaries do take place in our neighborhoods while we’re out working. If you see or hear anything suspicious such as; people going door to door ringing doorbells, suspicious vehicles and something that just does not seem right. Please call us at 732-442-4400. Also, have your home appear as if someone is home at all times. We need your help!! Call immediately with any suspicious activity observed. Also please be aware that thefts from vehicles also take place within our community. Please as a reminder lock car doors, close all windows, hide or remove GPS devices and or all electronic devices.
