PERTH AMBOY – PRAHD will be honoring Carole Dortch-Wright with the Arturo Alfonso Schomburg Award for all the love and care she gives to our community in the City of Perth Amboy.  Please join us as we celebrate the many contributions of Carole Dortch-Wright during African American History Month. Special Guest: Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno, Dean Schomburg, Adrian A. Council, Sr. – Publisher, Community Positive Magazine.
