OLD BRIDGE – George E. Scharpf, President and CEO of Amboy Bank, announced that Mary Riccardi has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer.
Ms. Riccardi’s 21-year career with Amboy Bank began when she joined the Bank as Controller in 1995. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and Senior Vice President in 2009. “She has played a critical role in the sound financial management of Amboy and as part of the senior leadership team” Scharpf noted. “We are fortunate to have someone with her experience to serve as our new Chief Risk Officer”, he added.
Ms. Riccardi has been a CPA for almost 30 years. She is a graduate of The College of New Jersey having earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to joining Amboy Bank, she consulted for and audited banks as a Senior Manager for KPMG. In addition, she was Vice President and Controller for Flemington National Bank and Trust Company.
