South Amboy YMCA Receives $2,500 Grant

Grant is from South Amboy Elks National Foundation for its Livestrong Program

SOUTH AMBOY - The Livestrong wellness program is designed for cancer survivors and those fighting cancer, on a daily basis. The program provides a certified wellness trainer that works with each individual on the level of their physical strength and keeps an accurate record of each individual. to show how they are improving, so they can progress to a healthy life style through exercise and stretching.
