The Gasoline Sales Tax

A 23 cent gasoline tax is like a 12% sales tax on a $1.90 gallon of gasoline. Some said an increase in the gasoline tax is ok because of the lower price of gasoline. Will this tax be lowered when the cost is $3 a gallon?

Most food and clothing do not have a sales tax. But they are transported by vehicles that use gasoline. A much higher tax on gasoline results in higher costs for food and clothing. The tax on gasoline affects other items as well. The higher population density and traffic in New Jersey should result in a lower gasoline tax than in Pennsylvania or other less densely populated states.

Which Political Party Will You Trust with Your Vote?

Well, I see the Democratic and Republican Conventions are both over. Which political party will you trust with your vote? Or do you believe what they told you at the convention? I see those Bernie Sander supporters got the shaft from the Democratic Control Committee. To me, both conventions were one big circus with brain dead elephants and blind donkeys doing the show along with clowns running around in circles. I got to talk to many people about these political conventions. Many told me that they felt it was a joke and the controlled news media only told you ONLY what they wanted you to hear – mostly lies from both sides. Here’s something odd which NO news media told you – about 1,500 people walked out on the Democratic Convention and how many Bernie Sanders supporters were locked out from the convention. And yes, there was some paid protesters attacking Trump at the Republican Convention. I can’t tell you how to vote and anything still can happen between now and Election Day.
