PERTH AMBOY – Resident and Businesswoman Susan Batista presented a copy of this notification to the City Council and The Amboy Guardian at a recent Council Meeting. In the past, Batista and another City Businessman, David Caba, have spoken out about homeowners who were taken advantage of with their mortgages. Ms. Batista will be one of the few individuals who have been successful presenting arguments before the Supreme Court. She informed the paper that the Court is in session presently and she will give an update on her appearance before the Supreme Court when she is notified. See illustration below.
