Retired Teacher Jocelyn Alsup Gumbs gave a presentation on Black History at the Children’s Library in Perth Amboy on Saturday, 2/18/17. Children participated in dancing and singing and learned about Black History. The event was sponsored by the Friends of Perth Amboy Free Public Library.
