PERTH AMBOY – Item# 14-C.2 – Approval to award a contract to Tricon Enterprises, for the Site and Building Demolition of Delaney Homes, in the amount of $2,374,900.00.

Vice-President Milady Tejeda was very pleased, “It’s just the beginning of a new high school. We’re moving forward, one more step to get a new high school.

President Ken Puccio stated, “I can’t believe we’re getting to this point. It’ something we’ve been looking forward to since we’ve been here. I want to thank people like Sam Lebreault, Israel Varela, Anthony Bermudez. I also want to thank Mr. Austin Gumbs, Hector Bonilla, Steve Jobin, Kenny Gonzalez and everyone who helped make this possible. This process began in the early 2000’s. It’s finally coming to fruition.”
