SEWAREN – McCully Downstate #81 New Vision Pioneers and the Rising Star Learning Academy Day Care. The Pioneer’s donated over $1000 of equipment, consisting of cots and sand and water tables. The children were delighted to receive the wonderful gifts.

In attendance were the following: Rev. Neva Lawson, Pastor of First Baptist of Woodbridge and Executive Dir. Of Rising Star Learning Academy, Cynthia Douglas, Chapter President; Diane Riporti, Chapter President; Kathy Breney, Pioneer Member; Teresa Douglas, Pioneer Member; Jeanette Williams, Teacher and Board Member; Erin Shamy, Teacher; Melanie Dejesus, Teacher; Shaonna Green, Teacher; Mary Taylor, Administrator; Children of Rising Star Learning Academy. Pioneers consist of active and retired Verizon employees.
