Vacation Bible School at The Cathedral

PERTH AMBOY – Three important services are coming up at Cathedral International this week of July 17 – July 23, 2017. The Reverend Catherine Griggs, Pastor of Christian Education states, “Vacation Bible School (VBS) is an opportunity to teach youth important Christian values in an exciting and fun manner. VBS is a long standing staple of our summer programming, a time when church attendance usually decreases due to school breaks and vacations.  The annual Youth Conference themed “Catch Fire” is designed to prepare our youth to “get fired up, to get in place to lead!”  Bishop Donald Hilliard, Jr., Senior Pastor continues to say that our youth are leaders of today and not just leaders of the future.  The Baccalaureate service is an opportunity to recognize all 2017 graduates.

•VBS –takes place Monday, July 17, 2017 – Thursday, July 20, 2017, 6:30pm – 9:30pm

The Family Life Enrichment Center, 272 Madison Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ 08861

•Youth Conference – follows VBS on Friday, July 21, 2017 through Sunday July 23, 2017. The location is the Family Life Enrichment Center, 272 Madison Avenue and The Cathedral Sanctuary, 277 Madison Avenue.

•Baccalaureate Recognition is Sunday, July 23, 2017 during the 9:30am Sunday Worship Service at The Cathedral, 277 Madison Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ 08861
