Looking Back

PERTH AMBOY – The Recreation Department’s sponsored Sports Show. This exhibit was Toth Weightlifting. Mr. Toth is in the rear, Gary Muska on the right and his brother Michael lifting the weights. The event was held at MacWilliam Stadium in August 1966. At that show, Don Newcomb and Roy Campanella were there as well as Buster Crabbe who dove into a Pool which they set up for the event. Palmer Donnelly was there as well. It was a neat show they also had Boating Events on the Raritan over that weekend.
