PERTH AMBOY – Carlitos Rosario is a portrait artist whose family operates USA Graphics in Perth Amboy. Pictured are three of his works (one self portrait in pencil – and the local quintet Tequila Bamboo (bass, flute, sax, percussion and conga) from Carlitos’s reception July 19th at Raritan Bay Coffee.
