PERTH AMBOY/SAYREVILLE- Effectively immediately and until further notice both the sidewalk and bicycle lane on the Victory Bridge are closed in both directions. Due to this change pedestrians and cyclists are prohibited in this area as per instructions from the NJ Department of Transportation.
