PERTH AMBOY —  Councilman Fernando Gonzalez had contacted some residents by robocalls and emails inviting them to a special  meeting to be held at the Raritan Bay Coffee Company on 8/27/12.  Mayoral Candidate Billy Delgado had previous meetings to meet the public at the Raritan Bay Coffee Shop on Mondays to address their concerns. It was no surprise that Councilman Fernando Gonzalez endorsed Delgado for Mayor at the time and place Delgado had his meet and greet meetings.  *Photos by Paul W. Wang
