Raises Funds for Sandy Victims

The towns of Old Bridge, Sayreville and South Amboy combined to hold a fund-raiser to aid the victims of Hurricane Sandy. $36,500 was raised during the event which was from 12 noon to 5 p.m. (or as long as the phones kept ringing.)

There was a live broadcast on Channel 118 in Old Bridge and Channel 15 in Sayreville.

Frank Cipolla was the host. The funds will be equally divided among the three towns.
