PERTH AMBOY — A mail carrier approached Paul Wang as he was walking on Smith Street and said, “I know you work for the paper.” There is a boat that is still beached on Second Street. It has been there since Superstorm Sandy hit. Hopefully the City might be able to find the owner. If anyone knows whose boat this is, please contact the Amboy Guardian.
