A majestical monarch hovers over a daisy,

Dragon Flies zigzagging by

Birds chirping their euphonious melody

A beautiful morning a glorious sky

My Urban Sanctuary is wonderful and so alive

I smell the lovely fragrance of a rose

Honey bees looking for their beehive

A squirrel at my feet “striking a pose”

In all seasons this lot gives me peace and serenity

From smelling a flower to contemplating a tree

To the ants that are constantly busy

I love my heavenly urban sanctuary
