During the summer of 1923, the good people of Perth Amboy took a stand against the powerful KKK.At that time the KKK membershio in the USA numbered in the millions. Perth Amboy was among the first cities in the nation to oppose the then mighty KKK.It set a national precedent for human rights, along with a firm stance against racism & bigotry.
