Club Perth Amboy

Co-Ed Softball

By Helmin Caba –

PERTH AMBOY – It’s been 330 years since the City of Perth Amboy was established and to the best of my knowledge there has never been a co-ed sports league in this town. That’s amazing! So I decided to start CLUB PERTH AMBOY, a co-ed club that is all about promoting family bonding, social interactions, fun relationships, building a sense of community and a sense of Perth Amboy pride.

This is a very historic moment in the City of Perth Amboy. May God bless this great City of Perth Amboy, all the participants, their families, friends and those who have devoted their time and energy to make this co-ed softball league become a reality. Special thanks to the Director of the Perth Amboy Human Services and Office of Recreation Mr. Kenneth Ortiz for all his support

May we all, in this commitment, work as a team to realize the successful of the personal, team, and community goals of this activity.

This league is a joke. Helmin has no clue what he is doing and he’s making CO-ED look bad. For a league that is starting up and never had a CO-ED in 330 years, he really should of branched out and see how other leagues and towns run it. Instead of doing whatever he wants and then walks around acting like he really knows what he’s doing and talking about. He promotes family and fun, but if you ever went to a game you would see he does nothing but start problems. He even had the nerve to say “This is to benefit the girls because they don’t know how to play”. I will never tell anyone I know, and I play in plenty of CO-ED leagues through out NJ and other states, to play for Perth Amboy. He has to big of an ego and he doesn’t know how to listen and take other people’s opinion. Once again the league is a JOKE. I WILL NEVER GO TO WATCH A GAME AGAIN!!!! WHAT A DISGRACE
