PERTH AMBOY – Thursday, August 15th, was the last day of the 6-week “Join In” Special Needs Program. An Ending Celebration took place in the rear yard of the EJ Patten School.There was a DJ and food which was provided by the parents, as well as the Rec Dept. There are about 14 participants in this program and each come with at least one parent.
