SAYREVILLE, PERTH AMBOY, and WOODBRIDGE were three of the local communities who paid tribute to the victims and survivors of 9-11-01. Each community’s service was well attended by residents, police, firefighters, politicians, the military and civic organizations. Some of the ceremonies included individuals and choirs singing patriotic and religious tributes to the victims. Several religious groups participated and read scriptures to honor the victims and to show unity in their communities.
