PERTH AMBOY – Caucus Meeting of 11/13/13. Communication #6. Gregory C. Fehrenbach, B.A. advising Dorothy Carty-Daniel to provide the City Council with a report from the Housing Authority and the Board of PARTNER containing the total compensation of all staff and professionals utilized by these two entities. The report should be submitted by no later than November 7, 2013.

Resident and frequent Council Meeting Attendee, Stanley Sierakowski has constantly attacked the Housing Authority on matters dealing with compensation package of the Executive Director, Dzema.

Sierakowski has come to previous Council Meetings with reports in hand dealing with different entities connected with the Housing Authority. Besides Partners, these entities include Habitat for Humanity.

Sierakowski has often specifically mentioned Executive Director Doug Dzema. “The Housing Authority has created an entity called Partners.”

Sierakowski stated that Dzema is getting paid to do work in Sayreville and questioned why he would be compensated for this. He also questioned why two Housing Authority Employees were terminated. Some of the Housing Authority Employees volunteered to go to Monmouth County to help out after Superstorm Sandy. He wanted to know what volunteers were paid for this.

Fehrenbach told Sierakowski, “Ms. Daniel says she would have the information requested by Monday, November 18, 2013.”
