Sealed bids will be received at the RARITAN BAY AREA YMCA, 357 New Brunswick Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. for the following:
REQUEST FOR BIDS
2013-2014 FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM FOR THE RARITAN BAY AREA YMCA EARLY LEARNING CENTER
In compliance with the proposal form and specifications and instructions to Bidders, on file in the RARITAN BAY AREA YMCA, 357 New Brunswick Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ
Bid Proposal Package (including proposal form, specifications and instructions to Bidders) is available to bidders at the RARITAN BAY AREA YMCA, 357 New Brunswick Avenue, Perth Amboy, New Jersey on or after January 8, 2014. The BID Proposal Packet is also available at www.rbaymca.org.
Sealed bids will be received when called for by the President and CEO or his designee at the time and place set forth above in this Notice. Said Bids can be mailed to RARITAN BAY AREA YMCA, P.O. Box 148, Perth Amboy, NJ 08862 or hand delivered to the RARITAN BAY AREA YMCA 357 New Brunswick Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ prior to the date and time stated. THE RARITAN BAY AREA YMCA IS NOT RESPONSIBLILE FOR LATE DELIVERY BY ANY COURIER OR THE POSTAL SERVICE.
Bidders are required to comply with:
(1) Affirmative Action Regulations requirement of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27;
(2) P.L. 2004, C.57 which amends and supplements the business registration provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44
Each bidder must strictly comply with all requirements for a regular bid as directed or required by the specification and the Statutes in such case made and provided.
The YMCA reserves the right to reject any and all bids if deemed in the best interest of the RARITAN BAY AREA YMCA to do so and said actions are subject to the approval of the President and CEO and Board of Directors. Notice is hereby given to all bidders that if their bids are informal, defective, or irregular, the same will be rejected.
