PERTH AMBOY – On January 29, during Catholic Schools Week, Perth Amboy Catholic School hosted International Art Day. The students, along with their Art teacher, Rose Lavin Pennyfeather, prepared art exhibits representing 40 countries along with original artifacts. The parents prepared desserts from the original home countries of their families and many students dressed in traditional costumes and provided music representing the countries of their ancestors. The Gifted and Talented Art Classes made a banner and a piñata for this multicultural festival.
