SOUTH AMBOY – On Saturday Feb 22 a fundraiser for the South Amboy YMCA, was held at the Ancient Order of Hibernians hall in South Amboy. The purpose of the event was to raise funds for financial assistance for kids in South Amboy and Sayreville who otherwise would not be able to afford to participate in the activities the “Y” has to offer.
The fundraiser was attended by young and old from all walks of life. All of the food and beverages were donated by local businesses. The hall was also donated. Music was provided by the band, “Instinct.”
