PERTH AMBOY – A tribute to the Legacy of Thomas Mundy Peterson, the First Black Voter in the United States. Please join Senator Joseph Vitale and Mayor Wilda Diaz on Sunday, March 30 at 3 p.m. Light refreshments to follow.St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 183 Rector St., Perth Amboy.
