PERTH AMBOY – The Perth Amboy Alliance for Community (PAAC) is a group of community organizations, residents, working together to create and form the “Budapest Neighborhood Association,” a resident-driven, neighborhood council. The Budapest area extends from and Inslee Street Washington Street and Amboy Avenue to Westside Avenue.
