PERTH AMBOY – Some of the neighbors stated that this house and property, (on the northwest corner of Hall and Atlantic) was immaculate when the previous owner lived here. Now the house is empty, although lights can be seen inside at night on occasion. Kids hang out on the porch drinking beer and smoking.  A big raccoon frequents the property. Some of the neighbors say that cleaning up the property will do some good, but the place has become a dumping ground and the trash will just come back. Frequent complaints to the city doesn’t seem to do any good.
