From Beijing, China. Vao Jinfeng, is a 30-year-old Deputy Chief of Commando under the Beijing Railway Police Force. She is the first woman who is training the new male members, instructing them on physical training, shooting, comprehensive skills and other subjects. Kudos to Vao Jingeng and much respect to her.

Willa Beatrice Brown is a woman of firsts. She was the first African-American Woman to: earn her pilot’s license in the US. and run for US Congress, to be an officer in the Civil Air Patrol and the first woman in the United States to have both a pilot’s license and a mechanic’s license. She was a lifelong advocate for gender and racial equality in flight and in the military. Source Wikepedia
